[wingide-users] Wing IDE 3.1 beta 2 released

Hi,

Due to the build issues w/ 3.1 beta 1 we've pushed a new release out the door,
which includes the following fixes:

* Include initial templates (*)
* Include test runners in correct location (*)
* Fix recursion problem when trying to find name of package not in python path (*)
* Correctly report results of decorated functions in testing tool
* Don't mark valid with statements as being incorrect
* Don't choke on extension modules in .zip / .egg files

The first three items (*)'ed were also fixed by patches released for beta1.
Beta2 was motivated in part to avoid confusion after new installs.  However,
upgrading to beta2 adds the other three fixes, and gets you on track to
receive notice of any patches we issue from here on out.

There will be a pause in this as we go to PyCon but we'll get back to
squashing bugs next week, if not sooner.
