[wingide-users] detecting python files

I have several files in my project that are python but do not end in 
.py. Sometimes WingIDE detects these as Python and sometimes does not. 
I'm not sure why. If I manually add the files then it detects them as 
Python, so it looks like there is a disconnect somewhere.
