Priority Support

Basic email support covering installation and bug resolution is free with your purchase of a Wing IDE license. However, we cannot always provide the in-depth support needed to solve complex development problems, and free support may be subject to delays. For these cases, priority support is available at additional cost.
Support by Incident
Priority email, IRC, and phone support is available for $60 per incident plus $60 per hour after the first hour, charged in 15 minute increments. For details on terms and limitations, please see the Support Agreement
Prepaid Support Packs
Save on support costs with prepaid support packs: Purchase 10 hours of support for $495 or 20 hours of support for $895, available from our online store. There is no limit on the number of incidents in prepaid support packs.
