As part of our continuing commitment to our customers, Wing IDE version 1.1.7 was released today for Windows, Linux, and OS X. Solaris and FreeBSD support are also available for customers willing to compile Wing IDE from source (requires non-disclosure agreement).

This is a bug fix release with minor feature enhancements. Highlights of this release include debugger support for viewing descendents of dict, list, and tuple under Python 2.2, better debugger support for quirky extension modules and conflicting PYTHON* environment variables, optional auto-completion with enter key, and a number of other enhancements.

A detailed list of all changes can be found in the change log that accompanies the release.
